The series was inspired by historical figure, Spartacus, a Thracian gladiator who from 73 to 71 BC led a major slave uprising against the Roman Republic departing from Capua.
I just finished watching all the seasons of Spartacus! From Blood and Sand to Gods of the Arena, Vengeance, and War of the Damned —what an epic journey! I only had memories of some action scenes from childhood, but now I finally got to experience the full story.
This series is highly X-rated and will forever haunt any kid who watches it. If you’re young, be like me—wait until you're old enough to truly enjoy the story. And oh, The House of Ashur —that man's cunning knew no bounds!
